Initial Consult

75-90 minutes
(online or in person at the clinic)

Your initial consultation is structured so Melissa can thoroughly understand your current health in as much detail as possible. This is a vital part of the process to ensure you get the most from your initial consultation.

At the end of your consultation Melissa will formulate a **comprehensive care plan**, including specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations and naturopathic medicine prescription. This may also involve referral to have some functional pathology testing performed.

Follow Up Consult

45 minutes
(online or in person at the clinic)

Melissa will review & assess your progress, identifying anything that may be hindering your success. She will also evaluate any functional pathology test results.

Melissa is focused on addressing the underlying cause of your health concerns & will educate you so you’ll have the necessary tools to improve & maintain your health.
